Drink only water for a week… check!!
I completed another life list goal! I realized last week on Tuesday that I had only had water the day before, so why not keep at it and check it off the list? So for the whole week I drank ONLY water. I thought the hardest part would be not being able to drink Coke, but it’s easier when you have your mind set on something. I knew I really wanted to check it off my list and it was easier to stay away from the caffeine! No Coke, no coffee, not even orange juice! I’m so proud of myself, and I actually felt better {and more hydrated}. I’ve noticed I haven’t been ordering as many Cokes lately {even though I do splurge some} and try to drink as much water as I can each day. Yay me!
